To attend appointments on time and if you are unable to do this, please let us know as soon as possible
To pay for your treatment at each visit (if no exemptions apply)
If you are exempt from paying for your NHS treatment, please bring all necessary details with you on your first appointment – we are unable to treat you without proof of exemption
To look after the work we provide for you and use the oral health techniques we teach you
To tell us if you are unhappy about any aspect of your treatment or care so we can put it right and improve our service for you and for others
